Terms and Conditions for Shipping and Returns
Black Ops Shipping Policy:
Online orders may ship to any U.S. state excpet U.S. territories or anything outside the U.S.
All orders placed on www.blackops-airsoft.com will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Once shipped orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Black Ops is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Black Ops is not responsible for delayed shipping times due to inclement weather, carrier delays or holidays.

Black Ops Return Policy:
Black Ops will accept returns of defective or incorrect items with no restocking fee.
Some items will not be eligible for return and will specify that at the point of purchase. These include final sale, clearance and open box items.
Items returned must be in their original condition and have no signs of use or alteration of the product in any way. If the product is returned used, altered, damaged or missing parts, you may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.
You have two weeks from your delivery date to request a return.
To begin the return process, please contact Black Ops Airsoft at email@example.com. Include your transaction number along with name, address, phone number and the reason for requesting a return.
Black Ops will contact you with a return authorization number that must be included in your return. We will not accept a return without one.
